The names of senior executives and managers of the VOLCAN mining company operating in Cerro de Pasco were obtained through the Lima Stock Exchange website. The addresses of several of the company's executives and managers were obtained through a public search engine, and photographs were then taken of the facades of their houses and the surrounding areas of their neighborhoods. The images were enlarged to a large size and pasted on the facades of the houses in Camp 1º de Mayo, where many of the company's workers live. The initials and position in the company of the owner of each house were placed on each image.

The intervention was subsequently attacked by order of the company, focusing mainly on erasing the names of the executives.
