The project questions the concept of citizenship where the state structure and the social body prevent the recognition of immigrants as citizens.
A public talk with a panel of influential figures from various social movements was held at La Capella in Barcelona. The invitation to the talk announced that the topics to be discussed would be public health, housing, culture, labour rights and democracy. Issues that are usually addressed from the perspective of European citizens. During the talk, the speakers only read out the list of 15,518 people who have disappeared in the European Union's migration control structure.
The presentation of the project consists of a printed version of the list of 15,518 cases of migrants who died in the migration control structure and whose names are unknown, the same list was reproduced on large-scale panels. A video of the talk was projected together with the poster of the public event. In a different area, a diagram of the institutions, states and private companies that manage the migration control system is shown with their own explanation of their role in controlling non-European migrants. A final area shows interviews with the speakers of the talk where they explain their point of view in relation to the migration control structure.
