The political organization work of the Black Panther Party had as one of its priorities the Survival Program, where organizing ways to protect and sustain a minimum level of well-being for children in their community, housing, and health was crucial to building a revolutionary path. In addition, internationalist solidarity was crucial for the organization, which allowed members who were experiencing political persecution to flee to other countries to protect their lives and continue their paths of struggle.
