BLOOD JUICE

Jus Sanguinis is the racist regime by which it is determined that only children who carry Spanish blood are recognized as subjects with the right to nationality at the time of birth. In this way, the children of migrants who are born in Spanish territory inherit the nationality of their parents as well as their legal status, and this is how the submission to the violent Immigration Law of racialized minors from birth begins.

All member countries of the European Union have been changing their legislation in relation to the rights of those born in the territory, so that at present Jus Solis, or land law, is not applied in any member country.

During the action, being 4 months pregnant, I received a blood transfusion from a Spanish citizen.
